    Genius protein....you know the protein from peas.

    Anyone out there use it? I stumbled on a good book that touched in it. I'm having trouble finding it.

    Users usually state that none of the bloating & gas issues that are there with Whey and Casein are there with pea protein, as it seems to be the only remarkable upper hand that pea protein has over Whey and Casein. However, I have my doubts about any vegetable source protein concerning how anabolic it is compared to Whey & Casein.

    Sun Warrior Protein. Tastes great and has a good Amino complex. I am vegan so it is the best one I have found out there. $40 for 2.2 lbs

    I have been wondering about the protein in peas. I thought that it is getting closer to a soy protein. wanting to learn more. what is your book called?
