Great post, learning alot.. thanks
Unbelievably informative! I've known or heard most of these principles in dribs and drabs, but nobody has gotten through to me like Milo - he just put it all together in a way that clicked for me!
I am running into some confusion with what he's teaching here. He's basically saying that endomorphs (which I partly consider myself) should be taking 100-200g carbs/day to avoid them being stored as fat. I'm taking in 300g protein daily which works out to 1200 calories. Add to that 100g of carbs and that's only 1600 calories. Even at 200g of carbs/day (which i'm hesitant to take) we're only at 2000 calories daily, which is close to my BMR. Even with 300g protein/day, How can I/one be expected to grow on 2000 calories? The minimal fat i'm taking in is barely adding more than a couple hundred calories.
Milos is the man! Great post that just solve all of my problems as far as diet is concerned. What caught my ear was the development of food allergy if you repeatedly eat the same food meal after meal....
i cant seem to play these videos? all other vids on daily motion work except these
Fantastic videos, I wrote 3 pages of notes. I keep learning it never stops.
i think i watched them 3-4 times already...
Awsome videos for basic understanding in quite a few areas.
Wow this answered 98% of what I needed to know. Everyone should be taught this information. I took 2 pages of notes front and back.
lol i also took two pages and have been following it for a week now. i can't believe if even went to the gym without learning what i should be eating. ive had more size gains just on diet in the past week than i have off any cycle.
Nice vids. Helped me tremendously to get a starting point.
Great videos! Thanks for sharing.
Wow! Very educational, and motivational!
One of the best and most educational videos on the subject i ve ever watched!!!
Great info for people like myself who are just starting out and need some foundation for a healthy diet.
Very easy to interpret. I send this link to all that ask me about diet. I couldn't put it any simpler than he does.
it honestly sounded like Milos was talking to me directly. I was doing everything he said not to do. this guy is very intelligent and has a way of teaching that is easy to understand
i had like 6 pages of notes taken before i knew it.
super great vids,
got loads out of that, thanks
