bmi just to let you know, your breakfast is horrible. your mixing complex carbs, with sugary milk, then adding oil to it afterwards???? lol its like 45carb,15fat,20protein, now THATS nutritious!

definatly leave the flax out, eat that later in the day with one of your pro/fat meals. you would be better off too if you swapped out your milk with water instead.

hey bros, I just read all of your replies. I appreciate them. I'm not really into bodybuilding or looking for a ripped physique. I'm into strength sports, mostly powerlifting, so my nutrition knowledge is not upto par with you alls. Needless to say, I'm confused with what you guys are saying. When and why do you guys eat your fats?
Anyways, thanks for the heads up.

Check out this link it is a good read on EFA's
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/fitoils.htm
Depending on your personal goals you will want to take you EFAs with one (or more) of your Pro/Fat meals. And also depending on your goals your number of Pro/Fat versus Pro/Carb meals may vary but here is a basic guideline.
M1: PROTEIN/CARBS
M2: PROTEIN/FAT
M3: PROTEIN/FAT
WORKOUT
M4: PWO
M5: PPWO - PROTEIN/CARBS
M6: PROTEIN/FAT
Often people will take some EFA with meal 6 to slow the digestion of protein over night. I usually take Flax with meal 2 or 3 and try to get natural EFA (Almonds, Olive Oil, etc.) with meal 6.- Sweat plus sacrifice equals success. - Charlie Finley
