Whey protein is absorbed quickly so for meals besides PWO, real food is more beneficial... my breakfast is 5 egg whites, 1 yolk, 1 can of tuna and 1 cup of oatmeal (measured raw)
Add in a Banana or two. Everything else looks fine.
I eat 8 eggs with 2 yolks and 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with sugar free jelly. Eat like a ANIMAL when you are bulking. Check out the diet forums, you can learn a lot of stuff.
try throwin in an english muffin with peanut butter and fat free jam,egg wrap,cottage cheese the list goes on...
