ok Im not the iron chef ,lol but one of my col football coachs , gave this to me and many many years since then I still love it ,here goes
boil two bags of whole grane rice (dirty rice )
2 cans of cambels cream of chicken soup
fry 1 lb of chicken burger
mix them all together ,let simmer for 10 min till it thickens up ,best bulking meal for work meal or after leg or back day !
