Some on this board don't seem to appreciate - but 1 scoop of chocolate or strawberry protien powder is the ticket. Not everyday, but once in a while to break things up....lol
Is it not a good thing to mix the protein with oatmeal? I've been doing it every morning, plus half box of raisins.
