    4 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1 T of vanilla extract
7 scoops (2 1/3 cups) of Vanilla Whey Protein
1/4 - 1/2 cup Splenda (depending on how sweet you want it)

Melt the butter and cream cheese (can use microwave or double boiler). Add
in the Designer Protein and 1/4 cup Splenda and combine well. Press mixture
in a greased loaf pan or 8x8 square pan or shallow rectangular container.
Chill until firm (about 2 hours). Cut into 8 bars. Wrap in Saran wrap &
    freeze.
