My favorite is Dave Parker's Pickled Eggs Recipe minus the sugar, minus the pepper, add a chopped onion and some minced garlic; and use a tablespoon of kosher salt. Of course, a much, much, much larger batch. Those and the shakes are the only way to get enough protein for me; and I can eat them throughout the day on intervals to get a regular, constant supply of protein. The only problem is the the beer starts tasting so damn good, and that's bad.
