Ok, this is so good on top of some brown rice!

1 packet of Thai Chicken seasoning mix (at store)
1 lb. skinless chick breast cut into chunks.
1grn Onion, chopped
1 packet SPLENDA
1 Tbsp of Natural Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp of reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup dry roasted lighly salted peanuts
2 Tbsp of Sesame Seeds
1. Cook chick in pan
2. saute grn O's, add seasoning, splenda, soy sauce, peanut but, and rice vine, blend well.
3. Slowly add Milk- stir till thick
4. Return chick to pan, add peanuts and sesame seeds, and heat.
Put on top of Brown rice and eat it all yup and say >YUM!
