    Natural Ice Cream

    I have an ice-cream maker, one of those small machines that turn and turn and turn, making ice-cream out of various things. You have to put it into a refrigerator overnight.

    I am looking for recipes containing only natural ingredients (no protein powders...eggs for example have enough protein), which would make for a great ice-cream desert.

    i have one too..i just use vanilla lowfat yougart and fresh fruit..taste great
