a yummy breakfast

OK heres my favorite meal when I'm dieting, take 1/2 cup oatmeal cook with water, add 1 scoop choc. whey protien, 1 scoop of nat. peanut butter. stir it all up. now fry 12 egg whites with no fat cooking spray, scamble the eggs and mix them into the oatmeal mixture. top off with 6 sweet n low packets, yummy yummy. when your on an extreme diet this meal is like eating ice cream

sounds good bro. I have had oats and whey before (haven't we all

) but I somehow cant imagine the 'glutanous' feel of scrambled eggwhites, if u know what I mean. Oh well, only one way to find out....

You are crazy Bro, that sounds disguisting, but you know what i will try it one of these day...it better be good, i am not dieting any more...
I have tried some stupid recepies while dieting and they all tast good, so i am sure this will be allright...

Hey Dr.D you know what this was acctually pretty good, i just had the oatmeal with a scoop of whey protein (chocolate) and 1/2 tablespoon of natural peanutbutter, and i must say it was very good and i am not even dieting....Thanks bro for good breakfast...
