OK heres my favorite meal when I'm dieting, take 1/2 cup oatmeal cook with water, add 1 scoop choc. whey protien, 1 scoop of nat. peanut butter. stir it all up. now fry 12 egg whites with no fat cooking spray, scamble the eggs and mix them into the oatmeal mixture. top off with 6 sweet n low packets, yummy yummy. when your on an extreme diet this meal is like eating ice cream
