Here is a muffin reciepe that you may want to try if you are looking for somthing different than your average protien bar or protien supplement.
Corn Muffins
2/3 cup cornmeal
1/3 cup barley flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
5/8 cup os soy protien powder
1/4 cup whey protien ( The vanilla flavored "Ultimate Whey Designer Protein" made by Next Nutrition is what is called for in this reciepe.)
2 Tbsp . fructose
1 cup lowfat or skim milk (soymilk optional)
3 Tbsp canola oil
1 whole egg and 2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Mix all of the ingreidients into a bowl . Spoon the batter into 12 oiled muffin tins. Bake approximately 18 minutes at 350 degrees.
