    Best oatmeal recipes ???????

    Hey guys I've never been a big oatmeal lover so I need some good suggestion to get it into my diet.

    My morning meal always is 2 eggs,slice lean ham,2% slice american cheese,2 slices of wheat toast. Make it and eat it. I wonder if oatmeal would be better for me? I've put oatmeal in my choc protein shake and was ok

    Protein Pancakes

    1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal
    1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
    1/2 cup egg whites
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    2 Tbls Splenda

    Top with some Sliced Banana's, Honey (or Sugar Free Maple Syrup) and maybe a touch of Whipped Cream, Heaven on a plate.

    Here is a dumb a$$ question. Are the oats cooked? What about the egg whites? I hope I don't get for this one LOL

    I've seen alot of this splenda on here I may have to make it my new best friend

    Splenda will be so lcose to you you'll think its family! LOL.

    Put the cottage cheese through a blender with the oats and egg whites, mix it into a bowl add the other ingredients and Bam, poor out some pancakes! Sorry I should have left some directions seeing not everyone is a Bobby Flay.

    something i have just found out to taste great (and i resisted doin it for so long cos i thought it would be disgusting)

    is simply - 50 - 75g oats -mix with water and 4whites
    heat in microwave 1min - stir - add more water and heat for another minute

    stir add more water - 1 scoop Whey (i use choc)

    tastes lovely - even nicer if u add some blueberries/bananas

    I make oat burgers. Make the night before and carry them with you.
    Raw Oats, eggs, cottage cheese (if desired) chedar jack (if desired) salt,pepper,garlic powder. form into patties bake on cookie sheet. (if you want exact directions let me know) They are real good
