Hey guys... I'm looking for quick and easy blender meals, I am in college and I don't have all the time in the world to make good meals, so I need some high protein recipes for meals that I can just throw in the blender and mix. I've mostly just been making protein shakes with powder and skim milk, and occasionaly peanut butter and bananas, but its starting to get nasty to the point where its upsetting my stomach from so much milk. Any recipes would be welcome!!
