    Question How too cook Kale

    How do I cook a green leafy vegetable like Kale or spinach and make it edible?

    I normally steam it and add oyster sauce or soy sauce but I'm getting tired of that.

    Yes you can. There are different spice which some may like or not like. I guess it really depends on the geographical location that your from because that useually is the census that I have found to hold true. Try a little bacon fat or some ham hock.
