Ok for all of those not on a hard core diet here is a great BB
meal...
3 small cans water packed white chunk tuna
1/2 can whole corn kernals
1/2 can peas
1/2 lrg onion
some chopped silantro
1 jalapeno
a sqeeze of lime or lemon
add some tomato if you like
just enough fat free mayo to make it creamy as you like it .
little pepper and/or spice to taste ...
store in tupperware ( actually taste better next day ......
eat with whole grain crackers , bread or rice cakes .
