1 cup of oatmeal
1 bananna
2 tbsp natural pb
1 scoop whey (chocolate)
1 scoop casein (chocolate)
10-12 oz milk or water
4-6 ice cubes
*How does this look...I am not sure about the amount for each ingrediant. I am trying to come up with a shake that has everything...fast and slow release carb and protein along with some natural fats...could also add some flax. Adjust ingrediants or amounts according to goals. I think that something like this would be good for breakfast or pre workout.
