Tuna "Pancake"

Mmm, I made this the other day and thought I would share. Sounds a little gross but trust me, it tastes better than it sounds.

1 can of tuna, water packed (drained)
1/2 - 2/3 oats (raw)
enough egg white to stick it all together.

So just how it sounds, mix tuna and oatmeal together in small bowl adding egg white until it's all sorta, stuck together. I added some garlic powder and black pepper, but you can use whatever seasoning.

Then spray a frying pan with PAM, and cook it like a pan cake, few min. on one side, flip and do the other. So it's like Tuna with a crispy outside.

I like eating it with s/f bbq sauce;)
