    this forum is ridiculously awesome

    just another example of how awesome AR is... I'm so happy I found this forum. recipes for health-consciouss people rock!!!!!!!!! Tobey is the man and Pete, I'm going to make a crapload of your protein cookies and bring them to work... people will be asking me "how do you look so damn fine when all you do is eat cookies?" I will just chuckle (and point them to AR). Anyway, just wanted to let the boys at AR know what an awesome idea this forum is.

    You know it really is a shame that most of the reciepes are stored in the archives here at AR and unless you happen to know the exact name of the reciepe you can't find them in the search button. Thanks for the vote of confidence guy's. Even Pete has come a long way from boiling water in the ol days!! LOL
