    Beerbutt chicken

Take about 3/4 can of beer, add 2 to 3 cloves of garlic to it. Place the beer can all the way into the chicken cavity from the rear, hence beer butt chicken, place the chicken on the grill. Lightly coat with some extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle whatever seasoning you like over the outside. Cook for approximately 1.5 hours, then enjoy the most tender, juicy chicken ever. You'll need one of those holders that hold the beer can and support the chicken but you can get those almost anywhere.............Good eatin' bros.

Glad you guys have having luck with it...The dark meat is always awesome, but the breast meat is always too dry for my liking...I've even slipped some orange slices between the skin and breast meat but that didn't help...

Edit, I know how to make the chicken even better...Try brining it for at least 2-12 hours...It should fit in a stock pot or a dutch oven...Put in one cup of salt, fill your pot 1/4 full of water...Put in chicken, then fill with water until it's completely submerged...I'll bet it will make beer butt chicken taste even better!
