need:

soft tofu
olive oil
1 hard cooked egg
bell pepper(optional)
salad dressing mix(powdered shit, whatever flavor you want that is low sugar, i find there are many with 2g or less of sugar)
cilantro


blend all ingredients in a blender, only using half the dressing mix. add more tofu, or more olive oil to get the consistency or taste you like. makes a great chunky style dressing, or paste for grilled chicken.
