healthy dip
does anybody know a nice healthy dip recipe for dipping carrots, celery, and other vegetables as a snack?

hummus is good, just buy it pre-made or make it yourself by putting canned chick peas in a processor w/ garlic and olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. also olive tepenade is healthy it is processed black olives,herbs,garlic,olive oil salt and pepper.

+ 1 on humus here! love it, but if you buy it it has preservatives and lots of salt.
Lou's pro/fat salad dressing
thats a thread i made on a chunky salad dressing. for a dip, just substitute 2 wedges of laughing cow cheese light and get rid of the hard cooked egg.

one of the best tasting dips i've made:
FF cottage cheese and canned salmon in a blender with any spices you want. I used lemon pepper, a bit of salt, and a tiny bit of chili. good stuff. Protein and more protein.

What exactly do you like in a dip? Tangy? Spicy?
Whip pasterized egg whites...Put blueberries in the food processor and mix the two together...
