My girlfriend and I love this, I found the recipe on the back of a tuna pack, then just changed it up to fit my needs.
1 packet of tuna, or 1 1/2 cans - trying to hit 50grams of protein
2 tsp of flax oil - 14 grams of fat
1 diced up roma tomato
1/4 diced up purple onion
1 celery stick chopped
1 to 2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon pepper <--- i personally put a SHIT load, but i like it.
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp basil
pepper to taste
mix it alll up in a bowl
give it a shot, you should like it
