    Holy Moses. That looks incredible, Khazima whats your take on Greek Yogurt? I've been taking about 1 1/2 cups mixed with 1 tablespoon natty PB and 1 scoop of protein powder and mixing it into daily eats. It tastes pretty awesome especially with banana

    I love greek yoghurt mixed with protein powder and other toppings etc. Not so much by itself, i find it really bitter and i don't like my yoghurt bitter haha.

    The fat free versions can be really good calorie wise as well especially if you're dieting.

    Whats your take on Casein Protein mix in the morning with oat mill and a handful of blueberries... Sorry to get off the subject of Greek yoghurt but I do agree and use the cheap wall-mart stuff. This Oat mill is for in the morning before I go to work and dont get to work out till about 6, anything to add? Some times I do add Stevi to it.. Is that bad for ya? THanks

    Sounds perfectly fine mate. Do you have another whole meal at lunch/near workout time?
