Tasty Tuna with Veggies
Ingredients:
Salad:
3 ripe avocadoes
1 pack cherry tomatoes
1 pack brocolli and cauliflower florets
1 pack frozen chopped mustard greens
1 can tuna in water
Sauce:
2 packets butter buds (butter tasting butter replacement)
1/2 cup hot water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
Steam the brocolli and mustard greens. Put them in a large salad bowl, and place avocadoes, tomatoes over them. Make the sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients together (butter buds and hot water first). Pour sauce over veggies.
Taste's great. I *think* it's low in fat, carbs but high in protein. Having it for lunch now.
