1 cup warm water
2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon yeast
3 cups spelt flour
1/2 cup wheat gluten
2 tablespoons soy protein
3 eggs
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1 tablespoon flax seeds
2 tablespoons peanut oil (or pourings from the top of a bottle of organic peanut butter)
Dump it all in a bread machine and use fastest cooking time. Tastes quite nice, but I had to watch the consistency of the dough and adjust so it clumps together.
