Parchment paper, secret to a no clean foreman grill?

Buddy of mine told me about this...Funny thing was, I've always been putting foil in the drip tray and he didn't know about that, lol...

It's VERY important you do not use WAX paper, only parchment...Parchement comes on a roll like foil...Remove a piece that's twice the depth of the one grilling plate, fold it in half like a book, put the seam on the back of the grill, put your food inside the "book", you now NEVER have to clean your grill again at the cost of the few cents the paper cost...If you were like me and used a non stick spray, using the paper is actually healthier since you don't need the spray...

I would think the parchment paper wouldn't be able to absorb all that grease comming of the grill. I do know it's used to line baking sheets to keep cookies and that from sticking to surface of baking sheet.
