    The BEST PB&J***

    ok, for a quick fix i have used before...

    -Arnold's low carb bread
    -smuckers sugar free jelly
    -smuckers natural peanut butter

    after 2 sandwitches total:

    protein:30g
    carb:20g
    fat:18g(EFA from natural peanutbutter)
    Total calories:320

    not too bad, try it you might like it...
