alright i know its high in cholesterol and other things but w/e.
8 hard boiled eggs..i take most of the yolks out
1 can tuna
1 tspn - fresh dill
1/2 minced red onion
1 tbsp - light mayo
1.5 tbsp - dijon mustard
1/2 to 1 tspn - paprika
dash or more of cayenne pepper (for kick)
salt and pepper to taste
after you hardboil your eggs and let cool, mix everything together.
makes 4 servings give or take depending on how much you want.
i have to add up the nutrient facts buts its somthing like
21g protein
8g of fat
412mg CHOLESTEROL!!! (i have high cholesterol eeek)
give or take a gram here and there and thats about right per 4 servings.
