    oatmeal&egg idea

I used my imagination today and put 12 egg whites in a bowl and added 175gr oatmeal, little cinnamon and cooked in a non-stick pan for about 10 min. If you want it crispy let it seat on the oven for longer. After, I poured some sweetner and tested great.

Now that is what I like to see. Memebers ventureing off in the kitchen and creating their own ideas. Sounds great alevok. Thanks for the tip.

I agree with you Tobey, we should come up with different ideas and share with others.

As long as the ideas don't involve Tuna/water and anything that has to do with a blender! Uhhhh! Long Story..

Hey when you cook this, do you pre-cook the oats or just put raw oats in with the eggs? do you cook inside the oven or stove top in a frying pan?
