my breakfast
no recipe, just what i eat in the morning
two eggs
tuna
peanut butter on 1 toast bread
noodles
total calories= 630
total protein= 40g
sometimes i add meat to the egg and noodle plate

you should add to your breakfast some beens.

I put 5 eggs, 80g of porridge oats, half glass of milk, 1 banana, and 2 spoons of flour to the blender, I mix it and put on the frying pan. delicious, simple, practic
