I always had a hard time eating oatmeal and i have tried alote of recipes ,there are a few now that i can eat thanks to the people at AR.
So i decided to share one of my co workers recipe.It's awesome
10 cups quick or minute oats
2 1/2 cups powder milk
2 1/2 cups raisins
7 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix and enjoy!
then add a spoon of brown sweetner to aprox 1 cup (serving)
! cup serving has :
585 cals
22g protein
107g carbs
6.2g fat
let me know what you guy's think .Is it too hight in carbs.I am trying to cut up and so far it has not seem to affect me but i eat it in the morning only .
