Abracadaiquiri Pie
Abracadaiquiri
( Frozen Strawberry daiquiri pie with a graham crust.)
1 cup of crushed, low-fat graham crackers.
2 tbsp. Of sugar
2 tspb of light butter or margine, melted.
1 can (14 oz) low-fat sweetened condense milk.
½ cup of strawberry daiquiri mix concentrate, thawed.
1 cup of frozen strawberries in light syrup. Thawed
2 cups of light frozen whipped topping, thawed.
Fresh strawberries for garnish. (optional)
To make the crust, combine gram crumbs, sugar and butter in a small bowl. Spray an 8 inch spring form pan with non- stick spray. Press the crunb mixture over the bottom on the pan. Place the crust in the freezer while you are preparing the filling.
Beat the sweetened condense milk and the daiquiri mix on a low speed with an electric mixer. Add the strawberries and beat again until everything is well blended. Fold in the whip topping. Pour into prepared crust.
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze overnight.
To serve, run a knife around the edge of pan and remove sides. Garnish individual pieces of strawberry, if desired.

3.6 grams of saturated fat
5.1 grams of protien
54.9 grams of carbs.
1.2 grams of fiber
Hope you all like this one. It is a desert, however, it is a quilt free desert.

Looks yummy. Maybe on my next cheat day I will check this out.

Yeah I know it is not the useual receiepe but Poorman was looking for some desert type reciepes to cook up.And for a desert, it really is not that fatting, as far as deserts go that is.
