1 can of tuna.
2 tablespoons Kraft Honey Mustard BBQ sauce
(13g Carbs, no fat, little bit of sodium)
Put the two in a small skillet, stir it up, get it good and sizzling, put it on a whole wheat tortilla, Eat.
I use some other seasonings I prefer to add to it, but its pretty damn good by itself.
Prep time - 5 minutes. Perfect, easy, Carb/Protein snack/meal.

I jazzed it up for an actual "meal" instead of a snack, added some sauteed mushrooms, green onions, and a little lettuce.
Good stuff...
