Good protein (besides chicken/tuna) to go with Brown rice?

What would be a good protein to go with brown rice besides chicken or tuna. I just got to the point where i cant eat leftover brown rice with chicken or tuna anymore.

I was thinking of maybe black beans but thats not ENOUGH protein. Any suggestions?

(looking for that pro/carb meal, so no fat)

I haven't made that exactly but when I add egg to my rice I put it in the wok, and slowly add the egg while moving the rice around. Beat the egg whites so its fluffy before pouring in.

This is all a guess. I use oil and other stuff when I make chicken fried rice so I would like to hear how its done the low fat way!
