1 boiled potatoe
1/2 green pepper
few slices of red onion
1 teaspoon of olive oil
6oz ribeye (well any steak)
8egg whites


here is what you do:
dice the potatoe, onions and pepper and mix in a small bowl
mix in the oil and season lightly

preheat your grill or griddle on med-hi (300-350) , throw the vegetables on there and turn every couple of minutes for about 10 minutes,
dice the meat and throw in on the driddle. cook everything on 300-350 till the meat has reached your desired taste. then make your eggs and mix it all together.

now this works with chicken or steak

trust me its yummy and its easy to make plus its REAL high in protein and pretty good in carbs too.

make sure you boil the potatoe a night before otherwise it will taste LIKE SHIT just grilled
