    Fried Whole Grain Rice

    Ingredients:

    1 -2 clove garlic
    1/4 - 1/2 cup onions
    6 Tble Spoons Soy Sauce
    Pepper to taste
    2 bags Uncle Bens Whole Grain Rice
    2 Egg


    Cook:

    1.) Boil the bags of rice, and when their done set aside.
    2.) In medium size pan, add the chopped onions, garlic and egg with a small amount of oil to sautee them for 3 mintues.
    3.) when the onions and garlic start carmelizing, add the precooked rice
    4.) Fry it up for 5-6 mintues

    Voila, great tasting rice

    Holy 6 TBSP soy, thats some serious sodium!

    I do the same thing! Soy is what gives it all the taste! I usually cut up chicken and onions to throw in the mix

    yeah no sh*t its what gives it the taste. its about 6 days worth of sodium.

    I use a very similar recipe but put in 4 tbl spoons of the soy lite.
