    avacado toast 394 calories

A trio of healthy-fat sources (avocado, olive oil, and flax) make for a good start for your day and will help keep midmorning cravings in check.

    2tbs honey mustard
2 slices whole -grain bread TOASTED
    1/2 AVOCADO, peeled and sliced
    1/2 tomato. thinly sliced.
    1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
    4 fresh basil leaves chopped
    1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed
    salt and pepper to taste.

    how to make it :
spread the honey mustatd on the toast slices. lay the avocado and tomato. drizzle with the olive oil and top with basil, flaxseed and salt n pepper.. I cut each pieceinto quaters to make it easier to eat.

    per serving : 394 calories, 11grams protein, 44g carbohydrates, 21grams fat (2.5 g saturated) 14 grams fiber, 112 miligrams sodium.

I eat this every morning, tastes very good becoz of the mustard honey. What i do is mix regular honey with mustard or spicy mustard.
    enjoy guys.

Sounds good but I don't typically mix carbs and fats in the same meal.
