Tried this? Broccoli, Eggs, & Oats

Title says it all... Every morning to start off the day this is what I have for breakfast and I have to say it's my favorite meal!

    3 servings broccoli- 93 calories, 9g protein, 18g carbs
2 whole eggs (over easy, I like them runny)- 152 calories, 12g protein, 10g fat
168g liquid egg whites- 90 calories, 18g protein
    1 cup (80g) oats- 300 calories, 10g protein, 54g carbs, 6g fat

    Total- 635 calories, 49g protein, 72g carbs, 16g fat

I steam the broccoli for 9 minutes in the microwave, then just add the oats, raw on top of that and let them absorb the leftover water from steaming. Sometimes I add more water to get the oats to more of a paste-like consistency. I season the eggs with black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder and once done throw in with the broccoli and oats and mix it all together. Tastes Great!!!

I thought I've tried every combination of the few different foods that I eat, but never tried this one. I love over easy eggs. I think I'll try this this week but probably cut just a few of the carbs
    Thanks for the new recipe!

Definately a weird one, but it's seriously my favorite meal that I make... I eat it 3 times a day on the weekends when I've more time to cook...

Looks pretty good, however, it is too complicated for me to keep it up every morning

I will try it one of these days.
