Mashed Sweet Potatoes fine for Bulk or Cut

ok you take the desired amount of sweet potatoes i usually make around 2lbs because i pre-prepare most of my food for the week.

1st you peel the SP throw it in a pot full of water and get it up to a boil and allow it to do so for several minutes.

Next drain the water. Start mashing it up and add some skim milk 1/4 at a time with 1tbsp of Organic Virgin Coconut oil. Until the desired creamy-ness. They are very could and the Cals can be easily calculated by knowing exactly how much and of what you put in there. i made some last night and they were awsome and nice to get away from the NORM

    hope you enjoy them

sweet potato is my fav carb source and fav veggie period. Dash of cinnamon and a dab of butter with a huge steak on the side would be my last meal.

Love sweet potato on its own baked or mashed with a little olive oil and skimmed milk and plenty ground black pepper. throw one or two SP in with regular potatos in with your regular potatos if you are making up quite a bit and on a budjet.
SP, Yellow fin Sole, Brocoli and carrots. mmmmmm nice!!!!
