so i was bored today and was experimenting and i made these pancakes.
they look like regular pancakes and they taste AMAZING
INGREDIENTS
1) take 3/4 cups of liquid egg whites..(or i guesss u could use about 3-4 eggs if you dont have liquid eggwhites)
2) 1 and a half scoops of chocolate whey(any flavor will work but i used chocolate and it gives it pancake texture)
3) 3/4 cup oats.(blend them up)
4) Cinamon(it doesnt matter how much just depends on how much you want. I used about 5 shakes)
DIRECTIONS.
1) mix together IN A BLENDER to make it smooth and break up the oats
2) pour batter on to a pancake skillet
3) cook on one side until you can slide the spatula under it and it doesnt stick
4) then flip and its done when it doesnt stick anymore
it should make 3 decent size pancakes
i didnt have syrup or anything so i spread peanut butter on top and WOW. so after they are done spread peanut butter on them lol
