Turkey Meatloaf for the cutters...
I made this last night and I must say it was AWESOME!!
1.5lbs of superlean ground turkey (1.5 grams of fat per serving)
1 whole onion chopped up
1 whole egg
1 piece of wheat bread
table spoon of Italian season
fresh ground pepper
pinch of salt
and a good squirt of sugar free ketchup (didn't measure)
Mixed all ingredients together and made it into a meatloaf shape.
Put it into the oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
It came out so damn juicy and so damn good.
I almost ate half of it but decided to save some for todays lunch.. Sadly my dogs jumped up and decided they liked it to :(
