    Turkey Meatloaf for the cutters...

I made this last night and I must say it was AWESOME!!

1.5lbs of superlean ground turkey (1.5 grams of fat per serving)
    1 whole onion chopped up
    1 whole egg
    1 piece of wheat bread
    table spoon of Italian season
    fresh ground pepper
    pinch of salt
and a good squirt of sugar free ketchup (didn't measure)

Mixed all ingredients together and made it into a meatloaf shape.
Put it into the oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

It came out so damn juicy and so damn good.
I almost ate half of it but decided to save some for todays lunch.. Sadly my dogs jumped up and decided they liked it to

I am sure this is a very basic and common recipe but its always.

Sounds pretty good to me. I think I'll try it, accept I think I'll throw in steak sauce instead of ketchup and drop the onion (they make me sick/vomit). I've never made meatloaf before, but i'll let you know how it turns out. Thanks for the recipe!

I make something similar but instead bread i used oatmeal. You would be surprised how much oatmeal you can mix into meatloaf and not even taste it. And it adds some great calories!!
