4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
jalepeno slices (from a jar)
Parmesan cheese wedge
Bacon slices
Take the chiken breats and spread them out flat. Make a slit from the center on each side of the breast to form a pocket. Stuff jalepeno slices and slices of Parmesan into the "pockets". Roll the breast up and secure with slices ond bacon wrapped around the "package". Cook on the grill, we use the indoor grill, for about 30 minutes or until done. Delicious! Sometimes I put a little seasoning salt inside the breasts as well.
