Power MeatLoaf
2-3 lbs lean ground beef/ or ground turkey
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup green/red/yellow pepper (I mix them)
3 egg whites
1/2 cup dry oatmeal
1 tblsp garlic pepper
1/2 tblsp season salt
1/2 tblsp (approx) worcestershire sauce
2 tblsp tomato puree or sauce
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl; bake at 350 for approx 1hour; add tomato puree or the last 15" of baking.
Easy and enough to store for work or school the next day(s)

sounds like moms meatloaf.... yummy... how much protien is in each serving? and how much is a serving... i always over eat on the meatloaf....lol..
