    Shake

    I drink two of these a day.

    2 scoops low-carb chocolate whey protein. =50 grams protein
    1 Banana
    2 Tablespoon natural Peanut Butter.

    Blend in blender.

    Mmmmmm, soooo goood.

    Anyone have any objections to this? I am on a low-carb diet.

    I have also been thinking about adding 3 egg whites raw to it.

    If you're on a low carb diet, I'd take the banana out or only use a half, depending on how the rest of your diet looks.

    Ok, so I changed up my protein shake a bit.
    Realized there were way too many carns for my diet.

    So now.

    50 grams protein whey Chocolate Low carb
    2 TBS Peanut Butter
    2 TBS Heavy Whipping Cream
    4 Ice Cubes
    Water

    Low carb and using banana????!!! thats straight 30 grams of sugar.

    Its very low in carbs and makes the shake taste oh so smooth..
    Is it bad?

    It's straight sugar and fats that you dont need

    I don't drink shakes for the taste bro. The way I see it, I'm just feeding my body nutrients. I get taste with my cheat meals lol.

    same here... my cheat meals are generally sushi

    Sushi is an addiction man, I will eat sashimi to keep the carbs down sometimes.

    Thats discipline ...when thats your cheat meal you are on point. Eat it PWO with a low fat fish choice like tuna and it isnt even a cheat! just eat enough of it and supplement with some additional protein and its the perfect pwo food.

    agreed^^^ i love making me some sushi when i have time, then i can make it to whatever stats i like, think i'm gonna go make some today
