morning shake!!!!
wuts up everyone. I was hoping someone could help me out with making a good blended shake for my mornings before i go to class. I see people mix oatmeal, peanut butter, banana, protien, and so on. Now i was just hoping someone could let me know the amount of everything, such as how many cups of oatmeal, how much peanut butter and all the rest of the stuff. If anyone could help me out that would be great!

1 cup low-fat milk
2 tbsp natural pb
2 tbsp low fat cottage cheese
1 banana
1 tbsp toasted wheat germ
1 scoop of preferred whey- chocolate taste great, currently using vanilla
1/2 cup of old essex organic oatmeal

Delicious gainer morning breakfast get it down in minutes, takes about a minute to make. I sometimes even have a serving before bed. seems like alot of ingredients but believe me you will love it! you can use any oatmeal or fruit for taste preferences. wheat germ (sometimes cinnamon) not necessary but its extras i like to throw in for added nutrients.
