Foul Mudammes
I thought I'd share this with you. This is an extremely nutritious and delicious breakfast..been eating it as far as I can remember.

I usually eat mine with less chick peas and more fava beans.
It tastes better eaten with whole grain pita bread and EXTRA extra virgin olive oil.

i know its an old thread but since you've gotten no responses i thought to at least respond once and thank you. this is a great nutrition dish, but unfortunately the fresh garlic can make people run away from you really fast, so its best to eat it in the weekends, and make sure the whole family does as well...
now i am eating fava beans right from a can, and its got amazing nutrients,
For 1/2 a cup,

Cholesterol 0mg
Sodium 290mgs
Total Carbs 17g
Fiber 6g
Sugars 0g
Protein 9g
