minced meat
right...minced meat, ino its not the best source of meat, but just having a change to chicken and steak. so i went and got aload from my local.
Thing is im no chef, my mother rekons i need to cook it in some kind of sauce? how many of you eat it plain or have eaten it plain? if not what sauce is best to add?

cook the miced meat in a pan (browning) when its brown only then add the sauce.......hot sauce...chillie sauce..peppers...bit garlic powder...onion powder and bang it in a wheat wrap......(i dont use all that ingredients all at the same time)..
