8 oz. Extra Lean Ground Beef (17% Fat)
2/3 Cup Salsa
4 Medium-Sized Taco Shells
1/2 Cup Fat-Free Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
1 Cup Shredded Lettuce
1/4 Chopped Tomatoes

Question about your extra lean GB. Is that the way its ground in your area? That fat ratio is right between ground chuck 80/20 and round 85/15 here. Extra lean in my area is either 93/7 or 95/5. Just curious.

Basically just make shure it is under 17% to be considered lean.
I got this out of this months issue of Musclemag, so I thought I would share.

To cut the fat out more, brown it, put it in a colander and rinse it with water.
